Can someone please help me. We had to update our password with Union Bank but now when I try to reconnect Quickbooks with Union Bank it says it isn't successful.

Can someone please help me. We had to update our password with Union Bank but now when I try to reconnect Quickbooks with Union Bank it says it isn't successful.

First, try to disconnect the account completely. Do this by going into the banking section and on the account there is a small pencil click on it and select disconnect account. Then log out of your QBO file and go into an incognito screen. Go back to the banking screen and add the bank using the new password and all should be fine. Do keep in mind when reconnecting the account to pay attention to the last time the account updated to QBO so you can select the right date so you don't have duplicates when the account reconnects.
