One of the most time-saving features of QuickBooks Online is online banking. QuickBooks automatically downloads transactions up to a certain date after you connect your bank and credit card accounts. However, when you connect your bank to QBO, the system will require for your User ID and password. Since your bank uses both a company and user ID connecting is not possible.
As a workaround, you can get your transactions from your bank or credit card and manually import them into QBO. You can follow these steps:
