Can't reset password due to wrong email

I'm trying to reset my password but can't because it requires me to enter a code from an email that doesn't exist because when I made my account I entered the wrong email

I can also see that you previously posted the same question about resetting your password for QBSE. One of my colleagues has posted a response to it and has provided troubleshooting steps.
