Can you Cancel my subscription please?

Thank you for joining the Quickbooks Community today, butlerdavid47. It's sad to see you go. If you need help downgrading or upgrading your subscription to find whats is best for your company, I'll be more than happy to help you. However, here are the steps to canceling your account:

 

  1. Select Settings and choose Company Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the Quickbooks area, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Follow the steps on the screen
  5. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Choose Got it.

Once finishing this process, an email will be sent to the account administrator, confirming that your account is canceled. For more information about what happens to your data after cancelling, this link is resourceful. Let me know if you have any other questions; keep me posted.
