Can you help me, I'm trying to reset password, I received the email, but I'm not receiving text code on my phone?

Let me assist you in resetting your password.

 

We need to make sure that you have access to the phone number associated on your account. Aside from the text code, you can also choose to receive the code or the link to reset the password via email. 

 

If you don't have access to email and phone number, you can select Confirm my account a different way. Also, you can send a request to recover your account.
