Running and printing a report that shows all unbilled charges and billed charges for a customer is currently unavailable.
I understand that you want to print this kind of report. However, you can only run the Unbilled Charges report in QuickBooks. For now, I'd suggest submitting feedback to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding a report that shows all unbilled charges and billed charges for a customer. To send feedback, you can click the Gear icon and select Feedback. Then, enter your suggestion and click Submit Feedback.

I'm looking to see if any progress has been made on a report that shows all charges coded to a job code with BOTH unbilled and billed expenses. As of 12/2022 that functionality was not available. Hoping that it is now.

Currently, being able to run a report that shows both unbilled and billed expenses with all charges coded to a job code is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In the meantime, you can submit your product recommendation to our software engineers. This way, they can review your suggestion and may consider including it in our future product development. To do that:
You may keep tabs on the status of your recommendation by visiting our Customer Feedback page.
Moreover, we can schedule reports in QBO, so you can send them at a regular and recurring time.
