Cancel account now

Are you trying to cancel your QuickBooks Online Subscription? or the Payroll Subscription? Nevertheless, I've got the steps on how to cancel based on the subscription type.

Just a heads up, you'll need to log in as a Master Administrator or Company Administrator to do the process.

For QuickBooks Online Subscription:

1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. Click Cancel in the QuickBooks section.
4. Select Continue to Cancel.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
7. Select Got it.

Here's how to cancel the Online Payroll subscription:

1. Go to the Payroll section in the Billing & Subscription tab.
2. Select Cancel.
3. Select Continue to cancel.
4. Complete the survey and select Confirm cancel.

We will send you an email that confirms the cancellation of either of the two subscriptions.
