I'll walk you through the process of canceling your free trial subscription.
If QuickBooks Self-Employed isn't right for you, the trial will terminate after 30 days. You will not get any bills from us since you're not required to provide us with any billing information. You have the option to cancel at any time. I'll show you how.
I've included this resource for your reference: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.
Your data will be saved for a year after the cancellation. You can export your data to keep a backup copy for future use. More detailed instructions can be found in this article: Export transactions and get reports in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Feel free to add any details below if you have further questions about managing your accounts. I'm always here to back you up.
it does not show Cancel Trial in About You.

Appreciate the screenshot, @kunikpiano-opton.
To confirm, were you added by an accountant for your trial account? If so, you're unable to see the Cancel Trial in the setting. You'll want to wait for the remaining 30 days so your account will automatically be canceled.
If you wish to save some of your data, you can export it by following the steps in this article: Export transactions and get reports in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Still have questions? Feel free to reply anytime. I'll be here to help. Take care and have a nice day ahead.
I want to make sure that I am not going to be subscribed automatically to your QuickBooks after this trial expires.
I was given link to start this trial by mistake of my current job provider.
I completed w9 and provided bank info for direct deposit.
however, this vendor now said that I do not need to have QucikBooks at all.
I want to make sure that you do not keep my personal info.
Please advise.
Thanks for your prompt response, @kunikpiano-opton. I understand you're concerned about getting a subscription charge in the future.
Don't worry, you'll not get charged as long as you don't click the Subscribe Now button and enter your credit or debit card information.
Furthermore, QuickBooks will not keep your data. The information you shared to complete the W9 is sent to your employer or current job provider. To learn more about this, you can check out this article: Fill out a W-9 and view your 1099-MISC in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Keep in touch if you still have additional concerns. I'll be sure to get back and answer them all for you.
