Looks like you have a new way of contacting us. When you click Help at the upper-right, you'll be routed to the Assistant tab. Just enter talk to a human and select Get help from a human. You'll be routed to select the option you'll want to contact us.
I'd also suggest contacting us during our available support hours. Our Phone Support Team is available from Monday to Friday 6 AM - 6 PM and Saturday between 6 AM to 3 PM PT. I Have been trying to cancel since the charge showed up on 4/29/2021. I canceled yesterday again but did not get a response to let me know they would refund since I have not had payroll
