Canceled subscription months ago and still being charges

The security of your account is our top priority here in the Community. Reviewing your charges requires securely pulling up your account. With this, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team. They can verify why you're being billed and possibly process a necessary refund.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
  3. Choose the Assistant section.
  4. Type your concern in the Type something field.
  5. Click Talk to a human.
  6. Click I still need a human.
  7. Click the Get help from a human.
  8. You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

 

To make sure we address your billing concern on time, contact us from Monday to Friday every 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Then, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM every Saturday.
