Canceling my subscription requires a call?

No. You don't need to call us when canceling your account, jclpartnersllc-g.

 

You'll have the option to let us cancel your subscription, or you can do it directly to your account. I've got the steps on how to do it.

 

If you're canceling your free trial:

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel your trial.
  4. Select Continue to cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

 

If you have a subscription:

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

Afterward, you'll receive an email from us to confirm the cancellation. Once canceled, you still have read-only access to your account for a year.
