Cannot accept an invitation

Hi.  I've never had a problem accepting a client's accountant invite to their QB online file before but recently a client sent me an invite and down where it asks what user id I want to use it lists a few options but I am not able to click on any of them.  I suspect it may be my email provider because when they sent to a different email I was able to select (Just not the ID I wanted to use).  Anyone know anything about why this is happening?

Thank you for providing details and giving me the opportunity to help you today. Let's get you back up and running.

 

The investigation about customers being unable to click the Use this Intuit ID link when accepting the invitation (INV- 23141) is already closed. If the hyperlink is still missing in the invitation, you will have to let your client delete the sent invitation and re-invite you to send out a fresh email.

 

Here's how to delete the invite:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Manage Users.
  3. Choose the Accountants tab.
  4. Under the Action column, click the drop-down arrow and choose Delete.

After that, ask them to resend the invitation once more. Open your email again and you be able to accept the invitation by clicking the Use this Intuit ID link.
