The investigation about customers being unable to click the Use this Intuit ID link when accepting the invitation (INV- 23141) is already closed. If the hyperlink is still missing in the invitation, you will have to let your client delete the sent invitation and re-invite you to send out a fresh email.
Here's how to delete the invite:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Manage Users.
- Choose the Accountants tab.
- Under the Action column, click the drop-down arrow and choose Delete.

After that, ask them to resend the invitation once more. Open your email again and you be able to accept the invitation by clicking the Use this Intuit ID link.
