I cannot access merchant service center. I am attempting to set up users for payment accounts. It will let me log in locally but through the web browser it says my account doesn't exist. I can choose "forgot password" and it sends me an email to reset password. Then log back in and user doesn't exist.
I go back to merchant service center and get a dead link. I have verified that cookies are enabled and the default browser is Internet Explorer.
Also my payment role: user id shows that I am a limited user and not admin. I should be the admin.

Technically, if you already set up an account for GoPayments, you should be able to access the Merchant Service Center anytime without any issues. Since you already verified your internet settings and had reset your password, but still unable to get in, it would be best to get in touch with our GoPayments Care Team.
