Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Let's resolve the error you're having to add your bank accounts, @fwsherwood-fastc

 

The piled-up cache in your regular browser might have caused this unusual behavior. You can try opening your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser or an incognito window, then try to authorize your connection. 

 

If it works, clear the cache in the one that you're currently using. Here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Once you're done, restart your browser for the changes to take effect. 

 

Also, make sure that the one who's trying to authorize the connection is the primary account user. Follow the steps outlined in the How do I update my connection when it's time to switch? section for detailed guidance on how to authorize the connection: What's OAuth and what's changing with online bank connections.
