Cannot login on laptop

Let me help ensure you're able to log into your QuickBooks Online account, lorit1231.

 

You can reset your login information and sign back in to your account. To do that, you need to access QuickBooks on a web browser and use this link: Sign in to QuickBooks.

 

  1. From the sign in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID, then select Continue.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with a password reset link.
  4. The password reset link is active for 24 hours.

If you've already reset your password and still unable to sign in, the old credentials could still be saved in your internet browser. You can clear the data so you can enter the new password you've created above.

 

You can also use other supported browsers since every web page uses a different cache storage folder on your computer.
