Cannot login to my account

Hi there, @sumanta_tewari.

 

Is there any error message or prompt message when attempting to log in to your account? Please specify or attach a screenshot, this will help us identify what causes the issue.

 

 Here's a workaround to help you log in to your account:

  1. On the sign-in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password, then enter your phone number or email address and click Continue.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with your user ID.
  3. Please check your spam or junk folder f you don't receive an email from us within an hour.
  4. If you don’t have access to the email you used when you created your account, you can request to change it.
