Cannot reach anyone from QB...is anyone else missing the new performance tab in the Reports Menu?

QuickBooks Online has a lot of pre-created reports that you can customize to show the information you want. Do you have any issues while trying to open a specific report? Please give more details on this so I'll be able to assist you.

I am specifically looking for a new tab on the Reports drop-down/dashboard.  I watched a training video QB offered while I was working in QB; but when I went to try it and chose Reports on the dashboard, it did not have the new drop-down from Reports called Performance.  It is a tool that allows you to create new charts for varying criteria.  In fact, Reports has no added drop-downs like it did in the training video.  Thanks for any help.

Currently, the Performance Center tab from the Reports menu is available to admin users in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced. You may be using Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus. That's why you're unable to see this option on your end. I know the importance of having this feature as it helps you track your business' success metrics in the program. For more information, check out this article: Creating Custom Charts To Track Your Business Performance. 

You'll want to consider the Advanced version so you can access the said tab. Before that, I'd suggest diving in and navigating all the features of this plan with our sample company. Just use this link: https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive_us_advanced. When you're ready, that's the time to upgrade your subscription. 

Once done, you can add new charts and adjust them at any time. Just go to the Performance Center tab to manage and edit them easily.

Thank you.  I checked my subscription and I am indeed QBO Plus, not Advanced.  I just assumed when it popped up when I was working that it was meant for me specifically.  Take care!
