Cannot seem to input the date range for a report - I can see the screen where that would be done - but it is just a flash - it won't stop there to allow input?

Cannot seem to input the date range for a report - I can see the screen where that would be done - but it is just a flash - it won't stop there to allow input?

A browser-related issue might be the cause of this behavior, kasey-pbs.

 

Let's do troubleshooting to fix this. First, open your company file in an incognito or private browser.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N 

Then, run the report again and if you're able to enter the date, the next step is to clear your browser's cache. This resolves common browser-related issues and refresh the connection.

 

You can also try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.
