I'll share another workaround for you to be able to update your billing information. This time, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, ensure private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

Once logged in, try to re-enter your credit card details to check if it's working now. If yes, go back to your normal browser and clear the cache to drop the junk files. Using other supported browsers is a good choice also.
