Central User Management Across Company Files

Is there a program in the QuickBooks Marketplace that allows the creation, management, deletion of users across company files? If not, do you know of any developers who can create a custom program?


We have over 200 company files. It'd be helpful to be able to create, manage, delete users through a central account dashboard rather than log onto each company file.

Creating a program to manage and delete users to all company file isn't currently offered in QuickBooks Desktop. We'd love to hear your feedback. You can send comments and suggestions by following the steps below:


  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Then click Product Suggestion.

  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
