I’d be happy to help you change the Company Name in your QuickBooks Online account.
Here’s how:
- In QuickBooks Online, click the Settings icon at the top, then select Account and Settings.
- Select Company from the left menu and in the Company section. Then, click the Pencil icon.
- Make the necessary changes. You can select Add legal name if your company's legal name is different from your company name.
- Once completed click Save, then Done.
