Change Primary Admin

Our primary admin has left our church, along with passwords and sign in information. I need to change our primary admin what are the steps and requirements to do so. Can you provide a step by step? Thanks.

Hi there, andyzoo99. Since the current primary admin has left the company and you can’t access their account, you won’t be able to follow the usual steps to transfer admin rights. Instead, you should submit a request to our account protection team to do it.
 
To complete this process, you’ll need to fill out a request form and provide documents proving that you own the business or have permission to take over the account.
