Changing to spanish version of quick books

Hello there, @felicianofoods.

Let me share the steps on how you can subscribe to the Spanish version of QuickBooks. At this time, can't directly change your current version to Spanish. You can either cancel or retain your account, then purchase a new QuickBooks with the desire region (Spain or any Spanish country). If you wish to cancel your account, make sure to export your data to Excel before doing the process for future use. For the instructions, check out the details from this link: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, here's how you can purchase a new Spanish version of QuickBooks:

  1. Open this link:
  2. Choose a country (Spain).
  3. If you want to try for a trial account, click on Free 30-day trial. Select Buy now if you wish to purchase the subscription and avail the discount offered.
  4. Choose a QuickBooks plan, then follow onscreen pop-ups to complete the process.

Once log in to the Spanish account successfully and want to update the language to Spanish, you can achieve it through the Accounts and Settings.

Here's how:

  1. Select Account and Settings from the Gear icon.
  2. Tap on Advanced at the left pane, then select the language you want to use on the Language section.
  3. Hit Save, then Close.

As you continue working with QuickBooks, you can skim through the topics from our help articles in case you need related resources in the future.

Leave a comment below if you have any other questions. I'm a few clicks away to help. Have a good day!

Where is you company located? If you are a US based company, the default language is only English. But if you are located in South America, you can purchase QBO Global version. It supports Spanish.
