I have a Citi.com/Costco card and can download with no problem, just go to the statements view, find the date range you want and click on the blue link "export" that appears under the search sign in the far right side about 1/2 way down the page.  One of the export options is .qbo.

Hello there, @sk8bum23.

You can connect your Costco Citi visa card in QuickBooks Online (QBO), as long as it's on the list for Online Banking connection. To check, you can go to the Banking page and Add account.

From there, you can use the bank's URL to search if it's supported. If yes, then you can connect the account to download the Bank statement transactions automatically.

However, if it's not in the list of supported banks, I recommend sending support request for this bank as Costco Citi visa card would be a great addition to QBO online banking. Here's how to send your request:

  1. In the left menu, click Banking
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Hit the Add account button.
  4. Type in the name of the bank or URL in the search box.
  5. Click the Still can't find your bank link.
  6. Enter your bank details.
  7. Once done, choose Request

While the bank account is not supported yet, for the meantime, you can manually upload transactions into your QBO account. Here's an article for the detailed steps: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
