Company Data Canceled

When logging into my account, I receive a message that says "Company Data Cancelled". That's it. No menu bar, nada. I haven't canceled my account so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message. The support number tells me to call a toll free number: [removed], which tells me to login and look at my account. TOTAL FAIL Intuit. According to other posts, this means that there was a problem renewing my subscription and that I need to call, but the robot on the phone only tells me to get back online.

So, to be clear, there are no ways to get to my account using the website and the phone number tells only tells me to use the website. Does anyone else see a problem here?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I want to make sure this gets sorted out.


You can log in to Customer Account Maintenance Portal Site (CAMPS) with your user ID and password.  From there, you can verify the status of your  to QuickBooks Online by going to the Payments & Order History section.


Here's how:

  1. Select View order history.
  2. From the Time Period drop down, choose the period you want to see. You may also set a specific date range and select Go.
  3. After you find the order you are looking for, select the Order number link to see the order details. This will show you a breakdown of each line item on the order and how much it cost.
  4. To exit the Order Details screen, select Done and then Back To My Account to return to the main CAMPS page.

Otherwise, it would be best to get in touch with our QuickBooks Customer Care so they can help verify the status for you. Here's how to get their contact information: 

  1. Go to
  2. Select  QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select a category under “What can we help you with?”.
  4. Scroll down the page, then click the Get Phone Number

Thanks for getting back to us. Allow me to help and walk you through on how to renew your payroll subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 


As long as your billing information is active, Intuit will automatically renew your payroll subscription. However, if there's an expired credit card on your account, you'll need to manually renew your payroll. To do this, here's how: 

  1. Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Under Payment method, select Edit.
  5. Enter the full credit card information by typing in the complete card number, name on card, expiration date, and security code. Verify the billing address In QuickBooks Online is the same billing address on the credit card statement.
  6. Select Save Changes.

However, if your payroll service has been cancelled, you can reactive it by clicking the Subscribe Now button on the subscription status and provide your credit card information. Once done, click the Subscribe button to re-activate your service.
