Converting my 2014 desktop (for Mac) to online. When I select the "Export to QB online", the pop up is blank, so I'm not able to proceed with the export

You have to convert from any supporting QBD Mac version (i.e 2019-2020) to QBO.

If you are using QBD Mac 2014, it is possibly running on MacOS 10.9. You have to install the trial license of QBD 2019 on Mac 10.12 at least. Another option purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

Thank you so much for the guidance. Upgraded the OS and downloaded the trial QB 2019 and it exported without issue!
