I have another way to hide your billable status of transactions all at once, @Shannon2024.
It is possible to hide unbillable expenses in QBO and close them without generating an invoice.
Here's how:
- Replace the link on your QBO webpage address bar with this link: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/managebillableexpense.
- Enter the beginning date of the transactions you'd like to remove the billable status.
- Click Save.
If you're still unable to inactivate an account, I recommend doing it manually to remove the billable status of the transactions. I would also suggest consulting an account to help you look for other options to do it.
To keep your financial records accurate, there are two methods to record bill payments in QuickBooks Online. Firstly, you can schedule an online payment if you haven't made the payment yet. Alternatively, you can also record the payment that you have already made using a check, cash, or credit card.
