Creditors and Debtors Control Accounts

Hi.

I have always used Sage but have now moved to Quickbooks. On the TB there is no Creditors or Debtors control accounts.  I do have creditors and debtors outstanding so why is it not showing up in the Trial Balance?

Am I doing something wrong? Please can you help me.

Thanks very much

Creditors and Debtors Control Accounts

Thanks for reaching out to us, Petra1.

Let me share some insights about moving your Sage data into QuickBooks Online. You'll need to convert it to QuickBooks Desktop first, and then Online. You'll need to save a list in Excel or .CSV format to move them to Quickbooks. Here are some lists you'll need from Sage software:

  • Account Lists
  • Customer Lists
  • Employee lists
  • Inventory/Item Lists
  • Vendor Lists
  • Balance Sheet
  • Trial Balance
  • A/R Aging detail
  • A/P Aging detail

Please be reminded of your Trial Balance, only Account closing balance will be imported. To learn more information about this, please check it here.

Feel free to get back to me if you have any follow up questions regarding the conversion. I'm always here to help.
