Hi QB Community,
I have 2019 QB Desktop on my office computer. I looked into the "Intuit Account User Management" and found two users. One is me as an admin and the one is called crmagent and it is a basic user.
I don't remember creating such a user and not one other than me has access to my desktop.
Any idea what this user is? Should I try to remove it?

Yes, you can remove the user showing up on the Intuit Account. Someone may have accidentally invited this user to access connected services like Payroll, Workforce, TSheets, or Capital.
To remove the Basic user role, simply select Delete from the drop-down list under Action. See the attached screenshot below for your visual guide.
