Custom Pricing

We sell custom projects to multiple customers. These projects include a short list of products that we re-sell or produce.  I understand that the Price Level can be set by customer. This is cumbersome as each customer project is priced specifically for that customer at that time. For example, customer A is sold item 1 for $400 ($200 off list) and Customer B is sold item 1 for $499 ($101 off list). We may have thirty customers in six months. Each gets an individual deal. Should I just enter the sale price on the invoice and not worry about list price? The COGS is the same for all items to all customers.

Thanks in advance, Rick

Good day, Rick.

You can make use of either the price level or you can also manually update the prices when creating the invoices.

When it comes to tracking, you'll have to review the previous transactions if you'll update the prices manually. Unlike with the price level, you can just check the customer's set up and toggle it anytime.
