Custom Reports are not being shared with a new administrator - how do I get these to share?

Hello, @userkristiehagberg.

 

Sharing customized reports is just a few clicks. I'm happy to present the complete steps to fulfill this. 

 

You'll need to edit the Custom reports in your QuickBooks Online account. This way, the reports will share with your new administrator. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Custom reports tab. 
  2. Hit the Edit link for the custom report you want to share.
  3. Choose All or your administrator name under Share with drop-down. 
  4. Tap Save and close.

 

Please save the customization report again to preserve the changes. For more information, check out this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

 

You also have an option to share and email these custom reports with another group. Simply click the +Add new in the Add this report to group drop-down and turn on the radio button under Sent email schedule.
