Custom User Restrictions?

The option to set up a restriction by location or class to a user is unavailable is QuickBooks, @jlindenmeyer.

Let me take note of this feedback and submit it to our developers so they can check it and probably add this feature in any future updates.

Is there a way to allow a user view only of specific classes?

In QuickBooks Online, there isn't a specific option for users to access view only. The capability of a user to view a specific class is unavailable.

As my colleague ReymondO mentioned, this will be submitted as feedback. Our engineers are always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks.
