When I print an invoice the company name is printed over two lines, rather than a single line. Can the field be adjustable to accommodate companies with longer names. It looks quite unprofessional, especially with all the open space in the middle of the page.
The second issue, I recently changed my phone number. After I entered it, it looks normal i.e. (xxx) xxx-xxxx. However, After I click save, it changes to (xxx) xxxxxxx. The only thing I did was change my phone number, not the layout. Please help.

Hello there, Treeskirt.
We cannot change the size of the custom fields within QuickBooks Online. However, we can create our own invoice template and import it in QuickBooks Online. You can browse this article to know more about it: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
Meanwhile, let's review how the phone number is imported in the invoice template. Here's how:

Thank you for your reply. I will look into uploading my own template. However, just to make sure we are on the same page, I was referring to the “customer” field in the header. Where it lists there company name, address, etc.
mad for the phone number, I’ve already tried that. It lets me enter it the way I want it, but reverts after I click save. Any other thoughts?

As mentioned by my colleague @JamesDuanT, adjusting custom fields including the Customer field that you're referring to isn't possible. The only way that you can accommodate longer names with your companies is to design your own invoice and import them in QuickBooks.
Just make sure to map your template fields correctly to successfully upload them.
For future reference, you'll want to email or print invoices in QuickBooks Online. Please read this article for the detailed steps: How To Email or Print An Invoice.
Let me know if you have any other concerns or if you encounter issues with importing. I'll be one post away if you need help.
