I have literally been sitting here for OVER AN HOUR with the representative giving me the run around and NOT HELPING ME AT ALL. I want a survey and a formal complaint against this employee. I want his supervisor's email and phone number and for god sakes I want quickbooks to actually CARE about it's customers and for someone to answer the PHONE!!!

I'd like to actually receive some survey's and some help. This is not okay. You guys keep passing off the buck and having your people tell me that "there's nothing they can do" or that "supervisor's are taking care of other customers" Which is NOT true! And I've asked several times for supervisor's emails and phone numbers and gotten told "no". How can we, as customers, have our voices heard when you tell your employees to tell customers that you're "busy"? All it does is lead to frustrations and poor reviews. Speaking of, I want someone to send me a review for both Harjay A and Mary Joey S.
I still have yet to receive a review for either so you guys are suppressing voices you do not wish to hear and you care more about how you LOOK than how your customers actually FEEL.
You may post your questions here and other members may respond them better.
This is not a solution at all. We're paying for customer support and you're telling me to not use it. That's awful.

It's disheartening to hear you had a less than ideal encounter with the Support Team. I want to help point you in the right direction to get this sorted out as quickly as possible.
I was able to review the response to your original post linked above and saw that JasroV submitted feedback on your behalf. In addition to this submission to the Management Team, I recommend contacting the Support Team once more by:
1. Clicking the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.
Once you're connected with an agent, please explain what happened previously, and they'll be able to contact their supervisor to report the incident.

I've been told I'll be receiving a call today and that was this morning and then 2 hours ago. I will be leaving soon so please do not call today. I will be waiting for a call tomorrow. I do not want anyone submitting information "on my behalf" because that means you got HIS version of what he "didn't do wrong". I still never received any usable survey's for my interactions with Mary Joey and Harjay. You guys sent the surveys over the weekend (when spoiler nobody is in the office) and then had them expire before I could actually use them. This is highly unprofessional.
I have placed Seven phone calls with these people. They can not help me and promise a phone call back. This is the WORST customer service or lack of I have ever seen. Does anyone know a comparable product that can be purchased? I'm done!

this really sucks when you don't even use the program, didn't even completely registere, wasn't able to register and still can not register the program and money/fees are taken out of the bank account, have spendt 5 month's yes, FIVE MONTHS TO CANCEL!!.......I will just go to bank and get a new credit card, they make it so hard to cancel and poor customer service to get help for program to work....
am also currently experiencing one of the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have literally called them 10 times to resolve a bank account connection issue. Each time they say they'll fix it and call me back and never do. The customer service reps are not of any help. They sound dissatisfied with their job and unwilling to help. My bank account is set up correctly and they still have issues debiting my account for payroll and expenses. They promise to fix it and get back to me and never do. After many back and forth calls, next thing I know they send my account to collection. Very unprofessional. It's going to be a long back and forth as I an not dealing with any collection agency. They want their money, they will need to call me themselves and get it.
Very sad for such a company that's been around for a long time.
I purchased a credit card reader from QuickBooks, which arrived defective. A refund to my account was "allegedly" issued. But two weeks later, the refund did not show on my CC account. QuickBooks are now saying I need to wait another 3 weeks.
Do yourself a favor, do not buy any QuickBooks products. They will not refund you.
You can sign up for a 3rd party merchant service and will get Verifone Vx520 NFC/EMV Terminal for free.
