I am unable to access help from my desktop QB Pro Plus. I am also unable to get a real live person to understand. After waiting on the phone and trying chat - I was disconnected. It seems no one can understand how to help and cares too after asking "what am I trying to accomplish".
I have the latest version 2019, however my intuit camps does not even list it, and I keep getting emails saying my subscription is up for renewal, however it is not up until October of this year.
So two problems:
1. From my desktop app does not allow me to access help or account management.
2. After logging into my account from camps.Intuit.com it shows history that states is active but it is from 2009 & 2010. It does not list my current version.
Anyone know how to get ahold of a real person that may understand?
You should consider to try reinstall your license to other computer. You will enter your license information using your current Intuit ID to verify it. If it is failed, your license might be registered to other Intuit ID.
