Deleted invoices still show in mobile app as Overdue -- Cannot delete them.

I have two invoices that were deleted using the online desktop app in the last several months. The thing is, they still show as overdue using the iOS app and I cannot delete them as it says "We can't find this transaction. Check to see if it was deleted from Quickbooks Online on the web" The invoices were deleted, and there is no invoice history for the affected customers. How can I get these to disappear from the mobile app? Thanks in advance.

I recommend resetting the app data. This is the same as clearing the cache from your web browser. The app and your browser collect cache (cookies) to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Which can cause issues like the one you're having with showing overdue invoices. I've included the steps below to reset the app data. 

 

1. Select Help.

2. Click Reset App Data
