Did everyone lose the reminder list from their dashboard?

I used to be able to pull up my reminders for month end entries I have as recurring entries on the dashboard but it is no longer there.  I need to go to recurring entry list and then hit reminders to see them.  I liked it better in the dashboard where it was easily accessible.

Let me help bring back the reminder list on your dashboard in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Oftentimes, the stored data of their regular browser becomes overwhelmed which potentially affects your browser's performance when navigating in QuickBooks. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.

 

Here are some keyboard shortcuts that you can follow:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If it works, you'd want to clear the cache of your regular browser to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Also, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

I Don't think it's a browser issue.  I have cleared the cache and did what you said.  There is just a new dashboard that does not include the reminders under tasks.

If I set up a recurring reminder it used to be on my dashboard until it was completed.  Now I have to find my reminders under recurring entries list under reminders.  Just extra steps.  It was a lot easier to look at them on my dashboard

They have the necessary tools to verify and investigate what causes the issue. 

 

To contact them, here's what you need to do:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Click either the Chat with us or Have us call you button.

 

In the meantime, you can proceed to the Recurring Transactions section to see the Reminder List. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but that's the option we have now while you still have to check with our support team about what steps to take to resolve this.
