Do all the green check marks when I Batch mean all transactions are accounted for?

there's no "save" button at the end...

You're correct! When you click the green check mark and all the check boxes get marked off with green check marks that means they're all accounted for. When you highlight everything it allows you to manage multiple transactions at once.
