I'm sad to see you go, but I can share some options on how to request a subscription refund in QuickBooks.
You're usually eligible for a refund if you purchased QuickBooks within 60 days of the purchase date under our satisfaction guarantee. However, there a couple of exceptions:
• If you purchased QuickBooks through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, you’ll need to request a refund from them.
• All refund requests will need to adhere to our QuickBooks refund policy.
You've got two options on how to request a refund. First, you can fill out the Intuit refund request form. For more info, please see this article: Request a refund for your QuickBooks product.
If it doesn't apply to your situation, you can proceed to Option 2 in the article above.
Otherwise, you can get in touch with one of our support team directly. This way, they can review your account in a secure environment and provide you more details about it.
To accomplish this, you can use the Help menu in your QuickBooks Online company. I've got steps to make this task easy.
Here's how:
1. Click the (?) Help icon at the top.
2. Select the Talk to a human option, and then type it again when prompted.
3. Choose I still need a human, and then proceed with Contact us.
4. When asked by the bot, enter your concern, like "Request for a refund."
5. Click Let’s talk.
6. Select either Get a call or Start messaging option.
7. Please follow the on-screen steps to continue.
If you'd like to activate your QuickBooks subscription in the future, you can always resubscribe anytime.
