Does anyone have experience automating data entry via programs like Scan2Invoice or BillBjorn?

Please share feedback on your experience or other programs you prefer using to automate entries for vendor billings. And, do they offer the capabilities of linking these transactions to existing purchase orders in QBO?

Providing the best experience with the product is what we aim for, usermonica.

When it comes to automating data entry via programs like Scan2Invoice or BillBjorn, it would be best to contact their support team. Since those are third-party applications, integrating the app into your Online account are best handled by the third-party app provider. From there, you can also inquire if they can link the transactions to existing purchase orders in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If not, you'll want to check for an application that can help you with this one. Just check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at the https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/ link. We can also do it in QBO by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Apps on the left side menu.
  2. Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
  3. Look for the app that supports the integration.

Feel free to visit our Sales and customers page for more insights about managing your company's income and customers.

I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. Assistance is just a post away. You have a good one.
