Does anyone link their QuickBooks online account to Google Data Studio for reporting? If so, which connector do you use and why?

Currently, we've been exporting reports, scrubbing data, and creating a Google Sheet in proper database format for fueling reports.

Hi, @gwilson-uvacswim. I can provide some information about exporting Google Sheets into QuickBooks Online.

The new Google Sheets integration in QuickBooks Online Advanced provided an excellent answer to the problem. We simply exported the spreadsheet to a Google Sheet for easy access and collaboration.

If you are using QuickBooks Online Advanced, I suggest visiting this link to check out what available apps that are integrated with QuickBooks that you want to use.

Additionally, learn to help you track money moving in and out of your business and bank account. Check out this article on  how to track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.

I'd be delighted if you can come back here if need more information about exporting reports in QuickBooks Online. Have a good time.

Utilize this app to connect your QBO to Google Data Studio

Another option, explore this BI app to "cook" your QBO data and other data sources without any connector.

yes! We've been using the Data Studio connector by Jesi Connect for about a month now.

Available here: https://jesi.app - pretty easy to setup and they give you a free trial. Their support person was also really helpful when we were trying to get a particular chart style to work.
