Transferring the primary admin to your client removes them from your ProAdvisor discount plan. They'll start paying for their subscription. The rate won't be the same since they'll be removed from your plan.
To change transfer the primary admin access to your client, you can follow these steps below:
- Make your client the primary admin of their company file.
- In your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), go to the Gear icon.
- Select Subscriptions and billing.
- Click the Your subscriptions tab.
- Select the client you want to remove. If the client is currently inactive, make them active first.
- From the Select actions drop-down, select Remove from Wholesale.
