Does QBPro2019 have non-profit set-up options? Is there a tutorial for setting one up in QB 2019?

QuickBooks Pro 2019 doesn't have set up options for a non-profit company. You can switch to the Premier version to have these features. Additionally, the term Customers is similar to Donors.

You are fine using QB Pro, for a NFP entity. The Premier NF edition is part of the Premier Family, which means you would use it because having better Inventory Management Tools is important to you. Not because you are NFP. The main reason a NFP entity gets Premier, is that Pro does not manage Balance Sheet by Class. If that matters to your operations, then Pro will be inadequate.

The best way to learn all of this is the book Running QB in Not For Profits, by Kathy Ivens. She even has an appendix for the QB Pro user, to develop the better reports.
