If you're using QuickBooks Online Desktop app, we currently have an ongoing investigation with printing the reconciliation report. Our engineers are running some diagnostics to identify what's causing this unexpected hitch to provide a permanent and timely fix.
To be added to the notification lists, I'd suggest contacting QuickBooks Online Phone Support. Any progress will be communicated via email.
To contact support:
Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
Tap the Contact us button.
In the meantime, open your account in Private mode and see if you can print the report from there. This method prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems. You can follow the steps provided by my peer Charies_M above.
