Does someone know why I'm having trouble getting my reconciliation reports to print?

Thanks for coming here, bleader.

It's my goal to make sure you're able to print the reconciliation report with ease.

As an initial troubleshooting step, we can try using a private browsing or incognito window. Your web browser keeps files in its cache and saves the pages you have previously visited.

  • Google Chrome: press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If you're able to print the reconciliation report using the incognito window, I recommend clearing your browser's cache to start fresh. You can also try switching to other supported browser.

Be sure to get back to me if you have follow-up questions by leaving a reply below. I'm always happy to help. Have a good day!

Your instructions were not clear what I should do after I go Incognito. I still can't print my reconciliation reports.  I can, however, print other reports without any problems.

Hey there, bleader.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Desktop app, we currently have an ongoing investigation with printing the reconciliation report. Our engineers are running some diagnostics to identify what's causing this unexpected hitch to provide a permanent and timely fix.

To be added to the notification lists, I'd suggest contacting QuickBooks Online Phone Support. Any progress will be communicated via email.

To contact support:

  1. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Contact us button.

In the meantime, open your account in Private mode and see if you can print the report from there. This method prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems. You can follow the steps provided by my peer Charies_M above.

I appreciate your patience while we're working on this. If you have any other issues or concerns, please let me know by dropping a comment below. I'm always here to help. Have a lovely week ahead!
