I have a client who wants to downgrade his subscription, but is worried that he will no longer have access to view created Class Reports once he does this. Does anyone know if it will affect saved reports?

The Class Tracking feature is only available in the QuickBooks Online Plus version. When changing to a lower QBO version, your client will not have any access to the classes or the saved class reports.
What I can suggest is to export the class reports to Excel first before letting them downgrade. This way, your client can keep the data if they need it for tracking purposes.
Here's how to export the report:
Open any of the saved class reports.
Click the Export icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Export to Excel.
Open the file and have your client save it.
