Hi, I am not able to downgrade back to Plus . it is taking me to a popup screen call or chat. I had upgraded few days back to advanced in order to check the functionality of online backup but not happy so I am downgrading it. Strange so see when we want to upgrade it was easy but to downgrade it not easy though
In the QuickBooks Online section, select Downgrade your plan.
Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
Follow the on-screen steps to downgrade your plan.
