Intuit will send an email confirmation every time you update your email address for your QuickBooks Online account.
Updating your email address is important since it is one of our primary means of sending important notifications and communications. Furthermore, using your email is one way of retrieving your User ID or Password in the future.
To verify the online mail associated with your login information, you can follow the steps below:
On your QuickBooks Online account, click the User icon at the upper right corner and select Manage your Intuit Account.
Go to Sign In & Security.
Verify the Email address on file.
Aside from the master admin, the company admin, or standard user with full access can update the email address of your company. You'll want to run the Audit Log report to see who made these changes.
Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Audit Log.
Click the Filter drop-down menu, select All Users from the User drop-down.
Select the Date, and click Apply.
