I have been trying for 2 weeks to update / sync my American Express Account. I continue to get Error message OL304. I have checked my account name and information and all appears correct. It was working previously.
If No, I'd suggest upgrading to the supported versions (2017 and later). Discontinued versions no longer receive product updates and online services are disabled (such as online banking, sending transactions, and etc.). You can read more here about the discontinuation policy.
