Hi kk1987,

Let's try exporting the data on a private window to isolate if the system will prompt you the different ways to export the information. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and continue working on the file there.

You also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Once exported, run a Balance Sheet and a Profit and Loss report to ensure that the numbers match. Make sure to set them on an Accrual basis and for All Dates in both program

Take a look at this article for future reference: Customize your Profit and Loss report.

Let me know the result after exporting your data file. I'll be around.

@kk1987

Another option, utilize a bookkeeping app to integrate with your QBO and extract the TXF file. You don't need to install QB Desktop.
